J S Educational Society is a community-based organization located in Auraiya, Uttar Pradesh, working with a simple goal – to help people learn skills, find jobs, and build better lives.

Over the years, we have initiated and implemented a range of impactful programs focusing on vocational training, digital literacy, women empowerment, career development, and entrepreneurship. Our initiatives are aligned with government missions like Skill India and Digital India, helping learners become self-reliant contributors to the economy.We started with the belief that everyone deserves a fair chance to grow, no matter their background. Over the years, we’ve been offering skill development programs, job training, and placement support to students, youth, and women who want to become independent and confident in their future.

What We Do

We offer practical, hands-on training in sectors like tailoring, computer education, beauty & wellness, retail, and electrical work—equipping individuals with job-ready skills.
